Boxes Put On Location
Packed boxes will allocate on receiving area and stick with tracking barcode label. Then boxes will properly locate on rack area.
SCAN IN
Once boxes located, SCAN IN activities followed. Bar code label will scan using handheld device for record the box detail/ tracking number
SCAN Rack Coordinates
Rack coding also will scan for track the actual raking slot location. Box label and rack coordinate will contribute data for boxes location.
Transfer Data & Stored Data
Data from Handheld will transfer to MEDIAGATE server as database. This data will store as active input for tracking purpose.
Retrieval Process
Retrieval process implemented upon request. Data from server will show box location then manual retrieval are required for move out the requested box.
SCAN OUT
Its required to disable active data in systems. Once SCAN OUT done, system will show the said boxes has taken out from racking and have send to another party

Once boxes retrieved, box are ready for deliver to customer as per requested
